EVERY patent and patent application in this estate - including U.S. Application 19/747,068 - is held by STANLEY BENJAMIN SMITH INDIVIDUALLY, confirmed by the principal on 2 September 2026. Corobate LLC does NOT own any of them, and 25-legal/LICENCE-NOTICE.md states that no partner, customer, marketing document, deck or web page may state or imply otherwise. The rule is general, not about one number: a patent granted later is covered the day it appears. Any mention of a patent in generated material must name the individual holder, and must never sit beside the company's name in a way that reads as ownership. AUDIT-PACK/check-provider-consistency.js enforces this as PC2 (harness section 89).
