What this product provides, and what it consumes
A NEW PRODUCT IS A NEW `consumes` LIST, NOT A NEW COPY. Any combination of declared capabilities may be assembled into a product without touching the provider. A product that needs a capability nobody provides must either add it to the core — where it is claimed once — or declare itself a domain product and provide it. Copying a provider is a fork and this register will refuse it.

What this console will not do
There is no control on any page here that changes a verdict, releases a settlement, raises a limit, corrects a meter or closes a support case. That is not an omission and it is not a roadmap item. A verdict a support agent could change on request is a verdict nobody should rely on — including the customer asking for the change.
