What a support agent reads, and what a support agent may not change.
The rule
Support cannot change a verdict, waive a requirement, or re-seal a record. There is no control on this page that writes, and the checker refuses one.
A verdict a support agent could change on request is a verdict nobody should rely on — including the customer asking for the change.
The situations
| They say | You read |

| The customer says the decision is wrong. | Read the receipt with them. The verdict follows the threshold rule from the confidence, and the confidence is bounded by the weakest critical input. Both re-derive. If they do not re-derive, that is a defect and it is escalated, not adjusted. |
| The customer says a source should count for more. | A class ceiling is not a threshold. Lowering the amount does not admit an observation, and neither does raising the count. The route is a better-classed source, or a priced risk acceptance signed by somebody whose authority covers it. |
| The settlement is held and they need it released today. | Open Run and read the findings with them. The refusal names the binding requirement and what evidence would change it. Print the finding — it restates every input it was computed from, so they can check it themselves. |
| The invoice count does not match theirs. | Count it together from their own ledger. Where the counts differ, the customer’s ledger governs — that is a stated invariant, not a courtesy. |
| The verification came back “verified as of” and they want “verified”. | That outcome names the element whose current validity could not be established and the instant the verification extends to. Retrieving that element afresh is the only route, and it is the relying party’s act, not ours. |
| They ask what happens to their records if they stop paying. | Verification is never metered and records outlive billing. Entitlement gates producing. It never gates verifying, exporting or reading an existing record. |
